Next Monday 16th October, from 9.30 am to 7 pm, in Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Sala Pistelli, in Florence, our Institute will organize, under the auspices of the Ordine degli Architetti of Florence and of the Città metropolitana, a one-day conference on ‘Worship Buildings and Religions in Italy. History, Law, Architecture, Society’: renowned constitutionalists, religion and architecture historians, architects and sociologists will illustrate itineraries, debates and practical realizations of synagogues, Christian Churches and mosques from the Unification of Italy to nowadays. At the end, at 5 pm, a round table with religious authorities and prominent scholars will discuss in order to ‘sketch’ Italy of today and of the future. Download here the program.
